Timet Waunarlwydd - Management Offices

Refurbishment and fit-out of the Timet Management offices in Waunarlwydd Swansea, comprising the formation of new cellular office spaces using plasterboard and glazed partitions, together with the installation of timber fire doors. Works will include new carpet tile floor finishes and entrance matting, suspended ceilings, air-conditioning systems, power and lighting installations, and associated internal decorations to provide a fully finished and operational office environment.

Bay Studios - A Block Offices

Refurbishment and internal fit-out works at Bay Studios to create new serviced office accommodation and enhance the existing communal areas. The works include the installation of plasterboard and glazed partitions, timber fire doors, carpet tile flooring and entrance matting, together with suspended ceilings, air-conditioning systems, power and lighting installations, and internal decorations. The completed works will provide a modern, practical and desirable office environment for businesses and tenants to work, operate and grow within.

Tycoch College - Meeting Room & Offices 

Transformation of the Tycoch college office space to provide a series of new meeting rooms and dedicated office accommodation. The project involved the creation of new internal layouts, incorporating plasterboard and glazed partitioning, timber fire doors, carpet tile flooring and suspended ceilings. Mechanical and electrical works included the installation of air-conditioning, power and lighting systems, with comprehensive decoration works completing the space and providing a professional, functional environment for staff and visitors.

Gorseinon College - DDA WC's

Refurbishment of existing washroom facilities at Gorseinon College to provide accessible DDA-compliant WC facilities. The works include the installation of non-slip safety flooring, hygienic wall cladding and a hygienic suspended ceiling, together with new accessible sanitaryware, wash hand facilities and showering provisions. The DDA WC facilities incorporate appropriate grab rails, accessible mirrors, alarm and assistance systems, contrasting finishes, compliant door access and associated plumbing and electrical works to provide a safe, practical and fully accessible environment for all users.
